WHo has this? What do you eat it with? Do you make cakes with them?
Do you like them? ( I do I think they are lovely!!)
most importantly, I read it can really speed up your weight loss, have you found this to be true? *fingers crossed hopefully!!*

Well I thought it was quite nice, I must be strange LOL tasted like ALl Bran which I LOVE! Not so sure on doing a cake though, I am afraid I would eat the whole thing myself which probably defeats the object lol, but more than happy to give it a go re weight loss - I jhope it doesn't give me wind though

You can make cakes from it (yuk) but you have to be careful as you are "tweaking" the plan!!
SW works on the principle of satiation and satiety!! (How full food makes you feel and how long it makes you feel full for). Thats why an orange is free food but squeezed orange juice is not. If you think about it you could probably eat a couple of oranges in one go but a glass of squeezed juice would probably contain about 8 oranges. Therefore you would be able to eat more in one go. Another example we had a few years ago was macaroni cheese in a tin. It used to be free food until people started to tweak and liquidised it to make cheese sauce thus eating more!
Hope this makes sense

thanks for that Amanda, I always wondered why squeezed fruit wasn't free. My friend didn't realise and was happily drinking gallons of smoothies thinking they were free until I told her they weren't!

another question for you Amanda.....
years ago, I used to love Tesco medium chicken curry in a can. (sounds yukky but was tasty and really filling). It was free food, but now is about 10 sins. I know recipes change but surely not that much to put the sins from 0 to 10.
Any idea?

With something like that it probably will simply be a change of recipe. I think that is where it is easy to go wrong. You are merrily eating something that you have been eating for years then you find somewhere along the line the sin value has gone up.
SW magazine is a good investment aswell. It has loads of recipes and inspiration!!! Mmmmm maybe I should start following it again!
