did u not get the slimming world books lou, which have everything in it
never mind, lol read your other post after this one, lol
u will get plenty of stuff on wed when u join and it will help u alot
i was far too picky for slimming world so it didnt work for me

Hi, I normally have fruit salad covered in a muller light yoghurt for breakfast, it really fills me up and it doesnt matter if i am having a green or red day. At weekends when i have more time i have bacon mushroon and eggs.

Leanne I will get my books tomorrow night lol CC - I don't think fruit and yogurt would do for me really, used to having a substansial brekkie I've tried some scan bran today, and thinking of having 5 of those with cottage cheese for tomorrow
