More than a month ago I put I was going to do but I'm here agin the same My fault I know --- so I have signed up for the tescos e-diet. £2.99 per week and it works out a plan according to your preferrence (I'm doing tesco gi), and you print off your shopping list ect (save me loads of work) I find it so hard to work around childminding (I'm lucky 2 of mine sleep and it's my dd awake, she can watch telly lol) with dh away childrens clubs NVQ arrhhhrhrhrhrhrhrhhrhhrhrhrh so they can do all the work, I'll print off the list tick down what I already have and shop!! I'm really pleased as my children will eat most of it too ;D so don't have to do 2 sets of meals wish me luck

well i've had my profile done and it says i should lose about 2.5 stone. probably right. I am currently doing slimming world although i didn't go tonight, but am very interested in joining this. I struggle to think of what meals to cook when I am so busy but if this is planned out for you I stand more of a chance of sticking to it.

I did this one for a little while. The website and the support they give is really good and they do give you a whole weeks meals based on the type of diet you require. You then weigh in each week.
Have to say it didn't work for me though. I obviously was not in the right frame of mind and so cheated all the time. Kind of defeats the object.
You are able to give it a go and cancel anytime so I would go for it

I did the slimming world and lost 2 stone (ekk I still have loads to go) but in the end I felt it wasn't teaching my portion control which isn't good lol doing well so far on this one
