A month ago i weighed a massive 17stone, and i 3lb to go and i have lost 2 stone, i feel great, i started swimming and i think the main culprit of me putting on so much weight is the pc, i dont sit at the pc all day and because i have been looking after my two nieces they keep active, i am soo chuffed, i know it is very hard to lose the weight and i have tried all sorts of diets but i am not been on a diet, i have cut done on my daily food intake , i uiused to eat alot of cheese, i dont have a sweet tooth and could not understand why i was so big but now i know and can do something about it. I dug my self a hole and was in it for a long time as i was unemployed but since i been getting involved with the childminding i am feeling so much better and have more confidence i am just waiting to be registered once i have given my doctor my health declaration then ofsted can carry on, good luck everyone on there weight loss. I will keep everyone posted;)

Well done hun, losing two stone is a brilliant achievement, if you read the weekly posts you will see that we aren't too good at losing weight lol (i've got no excuses i'm just lazy at it ;D) but hopefully we will be able to motivate each other a bit more (i need a kick up the bum and a tough personal trainer lol), keep doing what you are doing as it seems to be working and please do keep us posted with your weight loss.

That is a fantastic weight loss, well done have you tried swapping bread for pogans crisprolls and using lentils and other pulses instead of meat , i have a brill recipe for lentil chilli if you or anyone else would like it, my main prob was bread and meat i have cut it out completely now if i fancy roast meat meat i just chew it but never swallow it the calories saved is enormous i also roast my veg with a small amount of flavoured olive oil makes it very tasty and more interesting chez x
