Can someone help me with this question please?
"Rates inclusive of payment for statutory public holidays"
I am going to charge for bank holidays but not work them, so does that mean the answer to this question is yes or no?
Sorry if it seems a bit of a dim question but my brain is mashed!!

OK...I've Pm'd you my number so you can call so I can explain this, but will have ago with the written word! Some people charge a higher hourly /weekly/monthly rate to compensate for bank holidays...we don't do this! We tick no then further down under additional charges...number 16 is statutory public holidays. You put in x if working (normally higher rate) & x amount (your normal hourly rate)if not! This way you get paid for not working bank holidays. I have it in my fees policy that I work them at my discretion. You could put this under additional charges if you prefer! Hope I've made sense!
