Does anyone have any risk assements form please or any idea how to do one. i have never done one of these yet, so i thought maybe i should do some thanks

just go from room to room and look for risks such as sharp corners on furni, plug sockets not covered, loose wires - maybe from a telephone, anything a child can pull over ontop of themselves, anything they can stick their fingers in such as video recorders and dvd players.
think like a child (mischeivious) and get down to a childs height and look around.

Hi, there is a sample risk assessment on the bromley website if that is any help. You could adapt it for your setting.
