Hi ya,
Has anyone got a "what i did today" form to show parents what the children have been up to and what time they had a meal, nappy change feed etc.
I had one somewhere but i forget where.
Would be very grateful for it. thanks

Sorry I use daily diaries which I bought & don't think it would be right for me to forward someone else's work for free when they are selling them. Hopefully someone else can hep you! Tasha

www.babycenter.com/0_childcare-provider-daily-diary-sheet_5917.bcI don't use preprinted forms. I buy A5 spiral bound notebooks. I find it easier as the preprinted forms don't have enough space for some of the things I've wanted to add (funny things the kids said, messages from preschool, reminders from me about holidays/bringing supplies, info about the activitiies we've done). And if I haven't got much to say (or the time to write non-essential stuff down) a page has been wasted when a few lines would have sufficed. Also there's plenty of room for parents to write messages to me too.
