My tutor at the pre-reg meeting said I'd find one on the ofsted site that I could download but I can't find it.
I found another one elsewhere but it is in PDF format and it means I can't alter it to suit me.

Ofsted don't want you to change it! And to be honest if you get a complaint you'll be in such a state you'll fill in anything you're told to do......LOL Sarahx

Thanks for the replies ladies but I think I've explained it wrong It's not the complaints poster I need it is the Complaints Record Sheet. eg. A: SOURCE OF COMPLAINT
Parent (in writing) Parent (in person) Parent (phone call) Anonymous Ofsted Other
B: NATURE OF COMPLAINT
Standard 1: Suitable Person Standard 2: Organisation Standard 3: Care, Learning & Play etc............................
C: HOW IT WAS DELT WITH
Internal Investigation Investigation by Ofsted Investigation by other agenciesand so it goes on. The form is just what I need but it has all logo's and bits around it that I can't remove 'cos it's PDF. Surely there must be another 'virgin' copy out ther somewhere Mandy

Hi Mandy
The complaints form you want is in the publication - Day care and childminding: guidance to the National Standards - revisions to certain criteria (October 2005).
If you go on the Ofsted site and type this exact wording in the search box at the top of the page, you can download the publication to your computer and the form is on page 15 with the accompanying paperwork following it. You can then print the pages you want.
Hope that helps
