Do any of you have one of these? A couple of childminders I have chatted to say they do and I think they have wish lists for equipment in, training plan etc. I just wondered what else it should hold?

I have one! I do a regular 'am i doing enough to meet the national standards' checklist - about twice a year (like the one you do before the inspector comes... they like to see you're thinking about it regularly personal development list - stuff like what courses I'd like to attend or further reading - I did the NCMA quality first earlier this year and tie it in with that wish list - for toys, games etc setting plans - I did one recently on expanding the outdoor area, with little drawings of which area i intend for what activities etc and which toys I was going to add copies of my checklists for safety, food / fridge temps etc any Ofsted letters or stuff I pull out of magazines about personal development things from my local Childminding network Sarahx

This is one that I never thought of doing, it is a good idea though. My shelves are groaning under the weight of all these binders full of stuff. And I really must dust the tops of some before the inspector comes.!!!!!!!
