Hi
I was just wondering do you actually review your policies - if so how often. i.e. once a year as recommended by NMCA or do you just leave them until you realise something is not working or if something new arises.
The reason I ask is that mine are due for review and I sat and read them all last night and without actually realising it quite a few of them had changed over time but I hadn't actually amended them!!

I just update as and when things change Dee, a quick read through before a new parent starts is always a good time to check things over.

I do the same as Pauline but do sometimes find things a bit dated etc so have to re- do them when they need it Always so time consuming too and I usually notice when I am busy with something else then I get a phone call from a new parent and I am in a panic trying to get everything up to date !

I have a quick read through every 6 months / review as something changes or I find something isn't working. I do a full review every year in January. Bit of everything really!!!!

Thanks everybody
As I said I was amazed at how much things had changed without me really realising it perhaps I ought to review every 6 months instead of once a year.
