When the Ofsted inspector comes to do your inspection do you offer them a cup of coffee/tea?
I will tell them that if they want a hot drink that is fine, but that I have a 'hot drink exclusion zone' in the areas where the children are, so they will have to keep/drink it in the kitchen. Alternatively they can have a cold drink and have that with them during the inspection.
I know a few of you have the non spill thermal cups that don't get hot on the outside.
It's worth making sure Ofsted know your rules re hot drinks and that you are aware of safety so that they can mark you accordingly.

I do this already but .......
I was thinking of including it in my policies/procedures
Does anyone else include it ?
Should I include it in my house rules or should I have it separate
Any tips would be good

House Rules would probably do, so long as it's mentioned somewhere!
