I do separate contracts for each child - I think its a requirement to do so (please correct me if I am wrong - my brain is addled today).
I do separate documentation for each child - separate the info into individual folders and then if they are from the same family keep together in a larger folder (I do use recycled paper etc!!!)

I'm sure you are right - its a separate contract for each child and if you are applying any sibling discount it should go on the oldest child(ren)

Hello Maria
The others are correct - a different contract for each child
I always treat each child as an individual too with diferent folders etc
Good luck with them all

Even if their needs appear the same at the start of the arrangement, they are likely to change in the future so you should do separate contract and permission forms for each child.

Yes, best to do a contract for each child individually

I agree with everyone else - although they are from the same family everything should be done individually including contracts and permission forms.
