please can you change the time

Hi all,
I really don't mean to sound like a right grump but is there any chance the time can be changed on the website. Its driving me crazy! I keep panicing about goin to bed, then when I realise I end up stayin up another hour anyway, glued to this website! Maybe that is why its not been changed!!!!!!!
