And I have put on 2lb!!
So how does that work? I've been going religiously 3/4 times a week for the last 10 weeks & eating as I normally do (not dieting because I wasn't bothered about my weight really- 9st 12lb). In total I lost 1 1/4 inches & body fat down a little but then she told me that in the next 10 weeks she wants me to lose half a stone!! Now don't get me wrong I'd love to lose half a stone but surely that should be upto me?
Now I'm gutted!

don't give up Sonya. as long as you're happy with your weight (and from what i remember you don't look like you need to lose any) then yes, that's up to you.
wish i had the time to go to the gym!

Dont be frightened to tell her you're not bothered by your weight! Getting fit will do you more good than losing half a stone!
As for having put on 2lb, our weight fluctuates quite a lot during the course of a day and also according to your monthly cycle so I wouldn't worry about that too much! Plus muscle weighs more than fat!
Well done on the inches loss too - thats great!

As long as you feel better for it (and you must be fitter) I wouldn't worry at all. I for one would like to be 9st anything!

DO NOT GIVE UP, ill explain why. When you first start going to the gym you put on not fatty weight but muscle weight, you will soon benefit later, just dont give up.
If you need advice go and speak to one of the fitness instructors they will explain in more detail;)
