Just seen the logo I really like that made me laugh, I have lost 24lbs so far since January but now I am stick put a pound or so on lose it the next week and I have been doing that now for 6 weeks it is driving me mad.

Sorry girls i had no magic formula i had a gastric band put in , but i still have to diet more ridgely than before, i admit i have no willpower at all

how did you get the band did you pay yourself to have it done i have seriously thought about it.
What is it like? sorry to ask so much just curious.

Hi Bev, there are 2 ways to get a band,, see if your pct will fund it through the doctor or self funding, it works by restricting certain foods and fill you up for longer on very small portions
