Anyone doing any good ?
Can anyone give me any tips for the slimming world diet that some of you are using - what type of foods do you have to eat
Sorry I know it has been mentioned before but this will save me going through the old posts

Me too! Haven't lost any weight and have been pigging out as I'm sick of being good and getting no where!
I will get back on track tomorrow though - again!

It's getting silly now isn't it!? Ha ha!
Do you know what's really annoying me though - I'm still exercising my socks off 3 or 4 times a week and not losing any weight! I am toning up a bit under the podge but I want to be lighter too!
Maybe our diets are starting with a plateau but we won't get the mid-diet one further down the line!??
It's so disheartening when you've tried but don't get anywhere, just makes me feel like I might as well eat what I enjoy because it's making no difference!
Please can someone help me get my diet oomph back!

I eat when I'm nervous so with Ofsted looming I am not doing to well lol! Angel slimming world have a website and the magazines have a weeks menu & recipies in.
Have to go - I shoul dhave been in bed an hour ago!

Shouldn't we be on week 5 by now or am I going completely bonkers?
If we are then I'm really cheesed off because I've been exercising and being quite good but managed to put 1.5lbs on!
Maybe we should stick to week 4! I'm rubbish at this dieting lark!
