anyone tried gillian mckeiths diet ?
i have looked up some of the recipes and the excercise regime to go with it.
i honestly dont know if i could eat some of the stuff but her plans do seem to give good results.
just wondred if anyone has tried it because it does seem like a time consuming option to choose but if its worth it i may try it

I am sure there was some sort of investigation about her recently saying she was a fake or something ? Does any one else remember or know the story?
Not sure I could eat what she suggests I would be dying by the end of the week - of starvation ha

I thought it was something like she's not a fake but she's not a real medical doctor so she had to drop the 'dr' title?
I'm sure it's something like that.
I would love to do her diet but personally I don't like a LOT of the food. I bought some quinoa months ago to try because she keeps saying how good it is for you but it's still sitting in the cupboard unopened I really should try it, it might be lovely!?
I quite fancy doing a detox to jump start a diet, just drinking water and eating fruit for a couple of days but I can't bring myself to do that either!
(I watch Diet Doctors Inside and Out and that's good too.)

yeah thats right, shes not actually a doctor so she had to stop making out she was. im very temted to put myself through hell for 8 weeks like she does with the people on the prgramme - as i said though - you seem to need a lot of time on your hands to make these meals i'll have a think x

Hi I tried her diet last year I gave up in the end because I didn't like much of the food and I cannot stand smoothies. Have been doing slimming world since January and have lost 24lbs so far. xxx

well done lorraine! I find slimming world really easy too as you don't spend all your time counting calories, just eating free stuff!
