hi can i join please i have always been a little fat but since xmas i cannot believe how much i have put on. i'm putting it down to my age but i think it's more likely due to the amount of chocolate and rubbish i eat, my newest passion is philidelphia cream cheese the full fat one on anything with a thick layer of butter too.
also i go shopping at night just when asda do their big reductions so yesterday i bought a smartie cake for 10p and 4 extra special all butter scones for 20p what chance do i have to be slim i know i don't hve to buy them and i go through days when i avoid the cakes altogether but when they are that cheap it's my duty to buy them

I need a fresh start (AGAIN) I am feeling really rubbish & my skin is dreadful! I am going to have a power juice for beakfast for the next few days to try & buck me up! (ITs got loads of apples, cuecumber, pineapple, celery, avacado, lime and spinach in it - tastes 100 times better than it sounds) I shall have a salad pitta for lunch and a healthy tea. NO caffiene for a fortnight too - and very little alcohol! Chins up ladies - we can do it!

i can honestly say i feel so ill after stopping smoking i dont feel hungry. i thought i had a bug, i am coughing worse than when i smoked my breathes stinks, and i feel yak, had an astma check at the docs and she said many people feel like this as although i am on nicotine replacment i am not having the chemicals, but got to stick it out, so hopefully i will have a good weight loss as not ate much xxxx

Count me in too! I've got 1.5 stones to lose altogether to get down to my normal weight.
I did my Charlie Brooks exercise video this morning after I got up especially early to do it, it's now 7.15pm and I'm so tired I can barely keep my eyes open so not sure how long this fitness regime will last!
Good luck to everyone! We can do it!
