Come on everyone we really need to start again for those of us that have been doing rubbish
Just think 12 weeks have almost gone by - just think how much we could have lost if we really had been good the whole time
We now have a forum meeting in December so have that time all over again plus a little longer Who is going to lose a stone by then ??

oh im praying it will be more than a stone angel.
im so disgusted with myself thinking how much weight i could have lost in 12 weeks and havnt.
but yes, the forum meeting is a big incentive for me, i want to meet you all when im feeling and looking good, not feeling fat and frumpy.
so hopefully i will do it.
i have a suggestion..........................
i am feeling like a real failure because it is week 12. my idea, since none of us have done remarkably..... how would everyone feel about starting again, starting back to week one again, so that its a fresh start and everyone can get off on a good foot again, instead of the headings being so many weeks in and not really having made much headway in loosing weight.
so if tomorrow we start off on week 1 - the christmas bash countdown
what do you think ?

or we could do it on reverse order,
23 weeks to go - countdown to the xmas bash a countdown might work better

Hi
Can I join? I've got about 1.5 stones to lose and I just can't do it and my weight just keeps going up and up!
I really could do with some extra incentive to diet and exercise and I think having some support on here might help me.

Okay! Right, we can do this!
I've got my pedometer ready and I'm raring to go! I'm going to try and do my 10,000 steps tomorrow which is highly unlikely as I reckon I normally do about 500!
I'll weigh myself first thing and try really, really hard!
Let the torture begin!
(Just off to stuff my face for the last time!)

haha Lana, that is sooo true - we all start off with great intentions then tell everyone how rubbish we've been!! I am usually really good on a monday, feeling v.fat after all i ate at the weekend and then by tuesday i'm bored of being good and it all goes to pot! I have 2 week till my holiday so i have decided to be good till then (weekend inc.so that will be hard)
It is my nephews christening in August and i really want to lose at least a stone by then (about 6 weeks) I know i can do it, but keep putting hurdles in the way ie. going away for a week, then a week off at home, so that's 2 weeks of not dieting and probably putting on about 7 lb, then of course it means i want to lose 1.5 stone so i end up thinking well that's not going to happen so why bother.
Am i making sense? probably not. I am going to really try now though. ( i hadn't realised christening so near)

Can I join Angel.... only I need to put weight ON
I've always been about 81/2 stone wet through and I can tell you that it isn't all that for people who are slim, I used to get called names at school like bean pole and skinny minnie and some that are unprintable. I'd love to be another stone heavier but no matter what i eat or drink it makes no difference. I know some of you would probably kill to have my body frame but no one is ever happy in their own skin there's always something isnt there. When I was 18 I was a size 8 but had huge boobs, 32dd, for my body size and frame they looked ridiculous and i hated them, this of course is before having children now they are just like golf balls in socks LOL and I need some good scaffolding to help them look like there where they should be, oh and i'd kill to have the boobs i hated so much when i was 18 back again xxxx See were never happy !!!

Oh poor you Susan
It is hard to imagine not liking being slim
I have 2 wardrobes a fat side and a thin side
I love being thin but cant seem to stay there
So for us fatties it is hard to imagine you not liking your body because you are slim
But you are right we are never happy are we and it is how you feel yourself
Maybe we could all tell you what we are NOT eating once we get cracking and you eat it for us instead haha What do you think

Hi Angel
Please can you send me the password - I've got a kind of chubby photo but it doesn't really show me to my true chubbiness because I delete all of those! The only real big ones I have are with me just in my knickers for 'before' photos but I don't think I'll share those for many, many reasons!
