I will just mention that the Slimming world plan is suitable for one and all - they have strict guidelines for PG women so breastfeeding may be the same (pg women have to have written note from their midwife) It is not so much a diet as a different way of putting your meals together. Its not a quick fix & liek any other eating plan can be hard at times but the one major plus is that if you pick the right foods you can stuff yourself silly & still lose weight! It may be worth looking at?
Angel sorry to see your struggling - as the wedding is so close can you consider slimfast from now till then?

Hi Sharon
Not so much that I am struggling in fact I have been doing really well the last 2 weeks just not getting anywhere fast
The button seems tight on my suit and I am so unhappy about it , my daughters say it looks nice , but I know myself if you know what I mean
Slim fast - yuk I can not drink anything other than water ( yeah I know I am weird ha ) A few years ago my sister became an agent for slim fast she begged me to have some so I did and I had a little taste and I was sooooooo sick Never again !!! Hence to say sis did not stay an agent for long I think I put even her off ha
Help Help Help what am I going to do I want to lose at least 5pound before the wedding - a week away can I do it do you think
Any ideas anyone

You can most definitely do SW when BF. You are given an extra allowance of "A" choices so you get the extra calories you need. I think I mentioned before I was a SW consultant up until a few years ago - I only gave up because I had to make a choice between my main job and that one. I loved it and do on the whole still follow this way of eating at home.

If its the waist of the suit that is tight I would concentrate on some tummy & waist exersizes alongside the healthy eating - if you do half hour of concentrated exersizes every night for the week it should make a difference! Dont ask me what exersizes - I'm a couch potato but you may find some through google!

Angel,
just had a thought.
could you not book in for a body wrap at a beauty salon. My mum did this for her wedding and she lost 2.5 inches around her mid section - its a quick fix but it works for when you need it.
Cost her £30 when she had it done, small price to pay though if you are still worrying about that button.

Nic - Sorry I seem to have hijacked your post !!!
Lana that is the best idea I have heard for ages you mean I can eat and still get rid of some inches ? Haha sounds wonderful
Seriously it does sound a good idea I am going to have a look later see if I can find somewhere local Plus I need to see If I am allowed to do it - I am not allowed to do foot spas or have a sauna or anything like that due to my health problems but I will check it out
My suit trousers are a bit baggy I went to the shops the other day and tried on next size jacket and it is massive There is only one button just in the middle with a bow ( sounds horrible but is nice ) you can not leave it open because the bow just hangs It does fit but I feel that if I breath to much it will pop open and that will not be a nice sight ha
Thanks Lana and everyone

OMG the poor girl could faint in shock
How long does it last you know the loss of the inches .... just wondering when / if I should have it done

you should try have it done no more than 24 hours before i think it is. no you can wear old or paper underwear so you dont have to be totally in the buff. they do work though, as long as you know its a temporary fix and not going to last forever be nice if they did though eh! x
