Day 1 of my emergency diet
When I say emergency I mean just that I have 2 weeks - well almost 3 to lose half a stone I know I can do it otherwise my wedding outfit is going to be pulling in the middle if you know what I mean
If I tell you I have cheated and been naughty please please will you shout at me and tell me to buck my ideas up
My family are all telling me I am fine and I know they are trying to make me feel better bless them but it is not what I want to hear
That is why I need everyones support here
Thanks and fingers crossed

Angel that did make me laugh - but you can do it just think positive...you don't need that extra food...you will look good at the wedding Think positive thoughts (all this from a woman who gets up every morning determined to loose weight and falls off the bandwagon by mid morning!!!!!!!!!!) Dee

Well stick with it Angel.
The first day is always difficult because you can usually say 'oh. i'll start again tomorrow' when its your first day but if you manage one full day then you are continuing and not starting!! Which I think once you break the pattern and know you can control your bad habits for one day - its proof you can do it for longer!!
You will do it no porblem, we ae all behind you!!!

Where have you gone Angel - you have logged off! I HOPE YOU ARE NOT EATING ANYTHING YOU SHOULDN'T BE!!!!. Sorry had to shout as trying to make sure you stay on bandwagon. Seriously - I agree with what Lana says just take it one day at a time and as soon as you get past day 1 it will be easier Dee

like all the others say, you can do it! keep focused and everytime you want to eat, drink a big glass of water (i would have said make a coffee/tea but you don't drink it do you?) water will fill you up - wont taste as good as the magnums but will be worth it!

I have been doing that Caroline and well done for remembering that I only drink water what a memory you have
The only prob is I am rushing for a wee every 10 min or so maybe that means I am losing lots of weight haha
I am very hungry and my tummy is screaming " Feed me "
Oh well first day over
Thanks everyone for the support it does help a lot

Oh Bless
Bet you have never done anything this bad When I had my middle daughter ( she was 3 weeks old ) my son was just about to start school I had to take his birth certificate in I had my daughter in the pushchair outside the heads office ( in the days when you could leave babies and know they would be safe , I could see her anyway )
I went into the office gave the certificate and walked out .......... straight past the pushchair and out the school building and started to walk down the drive
I FORGOT that I had a baby !!!!!!! How very bad is that
The head and some of the teachers who knew me because my other sons were at the school watched me do it and laughed
All of a sudden it just clicked and I ran back I have no idea if I was distracted or what
God I felt terrible To everyone else it was a huge joke but I really did feel terrible
How can you forget you have had a baby ??!!!!
Hope that makes you feel better

That made me laugh Angel.
I almost forgot Isabelle in mothercare once, but Richard was with me and he was watching me get further and further away from the buggy. I just went into overdrive and was thinking about shopping and not the baby. Glad I wasn't on my own!

I am still doing ok
Got the weekend to get through though always a problem not sure why but we do not stick to regular meal times we are out and about and eat where we please
So I am dreading it a little
But hey guess what my jeans were falling down when I had those few bounces on the trampoline the other day
Crikey thank goodness they did not imagine that haha
But I must have lost a little more weight cause they are not so tight again now
Fingers crossed

Well done on your will power so far Angel, one good trick I learned from a friend to put me off something in the fridge/cupboard I want to eat & shouldn't, is to strongly visualize a dog slobbering all over it or anything else you find disgusting (dog slobber does it to me GROSS!) Hope this helps & if the weather EVER improves get on your tramp and bounce for England - that'll help no end!

Haha you made me laugh - dog slobber ok I will try to think of that haha
I have had a good week and I was on the trampoline for hours yesterday and my butt is hurting today cause I fell on it so many times and was bounced every where by my daughter I laughed till I cried
No one could get me off it I tell you if anyone needs to exercises or you are just bored then get a trampoline they are wicked
2 weeks to go for the wedding
