How are you all doing
Have not heard much about everyones diet this week are you all doing ok?
I had a good week - until the weekend
Then after my bad day today I haven't even had enough time to breathe never mind eat but I am stressed so I just know I am going to be eating anything and everything this evening
Hope you are all doing ok?

hi,
I did ok last week, didn't go to slimming though - too busy, completely went to pot at the weekend, back on track again yesterday. Have even bought some 'Adios' to help me. They have worked in the past so hopefully will do again. I know I wont be able to stick to it at the weekend though - Hubby is taking me to a posh hotel in Chester for the night for our 6th Wedding anniversary. first time away from the kids!

Hi Ladies
Keep going, whether you gain one week loose the next you are trying very hard........, I have yoyo'd through so many weights over the years and I mean average of 10st to 14st, Im now NOT dieting, Im aware of all the food I eat and am following the food pyramid........have any of you heard of this? if not, here you go.... Sweets, Cakes etc Dairy...................meat etc Fruit...............................Vegetables Pasta, Rice...........................Potato, Bread

Because I dont feel like Im dieting, Im not reaching for the biccies, but if I do fancy something, I have a little goodie
So far Ive lost 10lbs and feeeeel fantastic

Hi there, I have managed 5lbs this week. Not sure how but hey ho! Caroline - Hope you have a fab time in Chester. I spent the day shopping there yesterday. I am going to a hen party to Chester races on Friday so had to have a new outfit. Managed to get something that made me look a little less lumpy now I have lost a few pounds!!! I just hope the weather is not too bad. Mind you I am not sure I will notice. Haven't been able to handle my drink since having my son and as we are starting at 12pm I think I will be oblivious to anything around me Amanda xx

Right as of today i a back on track. I feel sick this morning as I ate half a pack of ginger nuts last night with a glass of milk. so, am just enjoying my slim fast now dont know if enjoying is the right word?? Am going back to combining slim fast with weight watchers. feeling positive about it today as im starting to feel a little better, my head is still a bit sore and dizzy but am feeling better in myself. Am really going to try this time. want to lose at least half a stone by june 1st so there is a little less if my bum ti shake along to beyonce in concert! Hope you are all having a good week!!!! xxxx

Diet chat seems to have gone a bit silent this week
Does that mean you have all had a bad week?
Why does the weather make you feel worse, when it is sunny I want to do well on my diet it makes me want to be slim Yet this week with the rain it is soooo depressing I just want to sit in front of the tv or on here in the evenings with a nice bar of choc and forgot all about wanting to be slim
I have not had a good week
What about everyone else?

Having an absolutely lousy week -to be honest i've yet to have a good one. Why is it everytime we get a little stressed we turn to food? - well I do anyway The problem is at the moment there doesn't seem to be a stress free week so I don't stand a chance. I really wanted to loose weight as going on holiday in less than 9 weeks and didn't want to be the 'whale' on the beach. Will have to just try to keep plugging away and hope for the best. dee

had a good few days but have been finding it hard I did have a 'bad moment' last night and I ate a snickers Felt so angry with myself afterwards but I was craving chocolate so badly that I gave in. But have been good again today, slim fast for brekkie and have had a bagel with low fat philly on for my lunch and have home made soup for dinner. I made myself a big pot of it on monday so using up the last of it tonight. Then i'll make another pot tomorrow. Im sick of judging my life on 'good' and 'bad' days. Anyone else finding it tedious?

I did really well, Monday and Tuesday and up until 4pm today. Then I got so hungry I have just eaten everything in sight - tube of smarties, chocolate bourbons, about 6 coctail sausages, and a bag of frazzles. Why do I do it. I feel really down now - i'll never be slim.
