Well week 4 already how time flies
Hows everyone doing
Have not had that good a week myself had the odd day here and there
I have lost my voice again for the second time in the last week or so doc gave me some medicine and some throat sweets - did you realise that these are full of calories ? But what you supposed to do , say I can not have them because I am on a diet ??

Poor you Angel Hope you start feeling better soon!! It must be a real bore for you at the moment! I had an ok week last week. Had a very bad weekend though. Went out and drank myself stupid til 3am on sat, then had to get a kebab on the way home it was delicious though!! So I had to nurse an hangover on sunday - I actually didnt eat anything until 6pm when we had dinner. Couldnt really face it. But then got terrible munchies and ate lots of junk food But was good yesterday and have ad my cereal for breakfast. I've stayed the same as last week. Not put any on so cant complain at that, especially after what I ate and drank over the weekend. Bit fed up with myself to be honest. I keep letting myself down by having bad days here and there and so Im not doing as well as I hoped I would. I was so motivated too, and its just gone out the window a bit! Any words of motivation would be appreciated ladies - who's got any tips?? I keep telling Isabelle I will take her swimming soon as she really wants to go. At this rate hell will freeze over before the poor little mite gets to a swimming pool with me! x

Swimming sounds really good , do not fancy seeing myself in a costume or anything else , god I would give folk a shock haha
I know what you mean Lana I am having good days and bad days and really seem to be stopping the same Better than putting it on I guess?

Hi, I seem to have completely lost the plot, didn't go to slimming last week, and i'm not going this week either, however as from yesterday I am more focused and so far have been very good (it is only tuesday morning though!!) My aim now is to lose 1 stone by 1st July. I know i need to lose more than that but I have to be realistic!
Lets all remember - NOTHING TASTE'S AS GOOD AS BEING SLIM FEELS!

I feel your pain!!
I quit smoking when i started minding. It was hard work, but its paid off!!! I dont envy you dieting and quitting at the same time!! I put half a stone on since I quit so I know its not easy!! Dont beat yourself up about it, it will all work eventually!

Seems like everyone could do with a lift this week! Wish I had a magic wand so I could make us all slim!! I'm of on my hols on Moday for 8 days in spain, so I will prob gain a fair bit but hey ho - will get right back into it when we get home! Cant go to Slimming world this week but thinkI have stayed about same!

Sounds like some of us have been feeling a little less motivated than we'd wish. However, we have to remember that a few days of alcohol and kebabs (or equivalent) doesn't mean that we have failed. Get back on track and yes caroline I love that saying too. Sometimes though chocolate tastes better!
I was in tesco earlier and really wanted choc croisants and pizza (not necessarily in that order). I bought apples though and came home for vegetable soup and a glass of wine. I do feel mentally better for it and it's nearly bedtime so that's another day past.
It's my day off tomorrow and that's always easier for me.
I've not weighed myself since we started but feel a few pounds slimmer.
I tell myself it's not good to lose too much too fast in case my skin goes saggy!
