Almost time for week 3 now
That has gone quick
Not sure how much weight I have lost but my jeans are not so tight

well, i have got rid of that additional 2lb that appeared last week as well as an extra 1lb.
so im going to be really good this week. I've got a gorgeous dress hanging in my wardrobe that I want to wear this summer as I got it in the sale at principles last year and i didnt manage to slim into it, so I want to take the tags off this summer and put it on!! Got no stresses this week either so hopefully i'll do well.
Hope everyone else is doing ok!!

I know I said I would join you in week 1 but I couldn't work up the motivation and enthusiasm.
Anyway sorted myself out so your week 3 is my week 1 - just need to try to stay motivated as my holiday is in just under 3 mths and will be here before I know it.

I've just had my second bowl of cereal. I've decided I might try this as an option. Having cereal for brekie and lunch then a healthy dinner. Im making roast chicken tonight so i'm looking forward to it. Also, check out my thread im posting on a really good website - its got all the crazy 'fad' diets around. I must admit i've done a few of them. Its tempting to do the cabbage soup one again!! I did lose 9lb in a week.

Thanks Lana Yes I've tried that one in the past - the only thing that puts me off that one is the smell of cooking it all and the the fact that I had chronic (very smelly!!!) wind ;D Decided to get back to Weight Watchers did it seriously last year and lost 4 1/2 stone but havent managed to get back on track in 2007. Hi girls. Feel like I've been ignoring everyone for a few days, been so pre-occupied with ofsted, am now trying to catch up on posts!
Well done Lana for losing 3 lb that is fab. I haven't done well at all, diet went to pot at the weekend, was good yesterday and then after ofsted today i've rewarded myself with wine and chocolate!

Are we all feeling motivated today, the weather has turned a bit yuk where I am so its not so easy........
Im shocked but pleased to say that Im now 7lbs lighter, My target is to loose a reasonable amount of podge before July as we go away on our hols. Ive got a posh frock do on Saturday, so have ordered 4 different "Bridget Jones" pull it all in style pants lol, see which ones work best xx

Here I am!
I've been so busy with other stuff the last few evenings and my daughter's not sleeping so well and it's hard to get her to bed and have even this later in the day time to myself.
Well done all you guys for doing so well. You all sound much more motivated than I feel. I've got into that despond when you feel fat and horrid so you eat more chocolate.
I don't know why I do this because I'm otherwise quite intelligent!!!

well i wasnt good last night because obvioulsy I had my glass ( ok, who am i kidding ) I had half a bottle of wine and a bit of chocolate.
But been good again today.
Tonight might be more difficult as Richard is away and so I always get into my 'REALLY BORED MUST EAT' frame of mind when he's away. However I have been really good when shopping and not buying any rubbish so I havnt got much in to eat that comfort food. Unless I suddenly start craving lettuce and cherry tomatoes!! I dont think so!! ;D

Well another 1/2 pound gone - that brings me to 11lb off ;D Dont hold out much hope for this week though as it was hubbies 40th yesterday - slap up dinner last night & BIG party tomorrow!

I joined Slimming world end of Feb, have lost every week except 1 where I put a pound on (Easter!) Only another 3 stone to go!

thats great Sharon!!! Keep it up!! Yeah Louise I do need to lose that much!! I've been sitting around the 14 stone mark for too long and so I need to get down to 11. So really we are aiming for about the same!! Im going to give myself a boost and yes..... im am going to torture myself next week, im doing the cabbage soup for a week just to get the weight loss pushing along a bit better. GRIM!! But there you go, so If my posts sound grumpy next week you will know why!! x

Hi all,
You all seem to have been doing so well you make me feel guilty. I have to say I have been a little slap dash in my dieting over the last few weeks but my motivation has returned!!! We have just come back from a week away in a lovely log cabin that had it's own outdoor hot tub. I think I have spent so much time in it that the jets have massaged some fat away! I am 3lbs lighter now than when I went! I am determined over the next few weeks as I am going on a hen party to Chester races with lots of slinky twenty somethings so I don't want to look like the frumpy "old" girl in the corner!!! It is also 12 weeks until my hols so in theory I should have plenty of time to lose what I need. Heres hoping
