Could I ask what diet everyone is following and if you find it easy or hard
I am calorie counting I have done a million diets over the years and I always come back to this one and it is the only way I ever loose my weight
I just find that If I stick to my daily allowance and eat more or less what I want then I do not tend to cheat as long as I do not go over my allowance
Then I do not have to begrudge myself anything or stick to any one particular food if you know what I mean
If I am going out for a meal I can count it it
If I fancy a choc bar I have something that is lower in cals ( not a mars bar they are about 300 I think or near enough ) I then do not feel like I am missing out I do not tend to really " cheat " when I am doing calorie counting because I do not want to use my allowance up on fattie foods
Then when I have lost my weight I will just up my allowance a little
What works for everyone else Are you struggling with what diet to do? I know some of you are going to slimming clubs do they work for you? .... Like diets I have also been to a million diet clubs none work for me
So what works for you?

Hi Angel, Im a little unsure which diet to do, Ive done Weight Watchers, Slimming World, Calorie counting and Slimfast, and they have ALL worked whilst I followed them, my problem is after, when I start eating "normally" So Im on the look out for something new. I need to change my eating as a way of life not just to loose the weight, If I cant find anything else I will calorie count aswell, as I have days were I could eat and eat and eat,
How many calories do you stick to and do you count sat fat aswell?
For anybody unsure, who wants to do Slimming World or Weight Watchers and needs a little info, give me a shout, like I say they DO work, both of them but I couldnt stick to healthy eating after my diets, with WW I lost 3 stone in 6 months, and didnt feel I was missing out atall, Infact I ate more, and the same with Slimming World, In one week I ate tonnes and lost 4.5lbs!!! (Was slimmer of the week) xx

I am going to stick to Slimming World (I used to be a SW consultant in a former life so I should have a pretty good grasp of it!!!)
I do tend to follow it for my meals I just went slightly off the rails with "inbetweenies" if thats a real word!
I did lose about two and a half stone with this after my 2nd daughter was born and the weight stayed off until I started fertility treatment. Then the hormones went haywire and I was eating for two before I was even pregnant.
I have checked my weight this morning (10st 11lb) and would love to lose about a stone before my hols on July.

I'm doing slimming world, going to the meetings on Wednesday's! I really like this one as if I choose the right thiogs i can eat till I'm stuffed and still lose weight!
