Yeah it sounds good but what about this bit
There are sexual positions like the "Let's Get Crazy" position where the legs of the woman are on top of the man's shoulders. McCloskey says this one tones the man's arms and the woman's tummy
Omg I dont think I could get my fat legs round a mans shoulders haha funny
Better than cutting down on the food though haha

its true though - you can really feel your tummy muscles pulling when you do this....... sorry, sharing a bit much info there but just cos you are heavy doesnt mean you dont/cant have a good sex life! ( think this is a common misconception ) xx

Hi all
I guess this tale fits quite well under this heading.
I was in Tesco yesterday and had already had an arguement with 'customer services' about a swimsuit I had to take back.
Anyway, we went up to the cafe for lunch and I decided on macaroni cheese and coffee (but no cake).
When she dished up the mac cheese I said - Is that the children's portion? She said no, it was two scoops and that was the full adult portion. Don't you think it's rather small? I said. No, she said it's two scoops and that's the portion size. Well, it's really small, says I. By this time my daughter had walked away in shame and I could see the woman was getting a bit ticked off with me, so I said as much and repeated that it was a very small portion for £3.50 and I wasn't happy.
What was I thinking?! Why didn't I keep my mouth shut!
Of course as I walked away to pay I could feel this woman's eyes (and those of her colleague) burning into my back thinking, No wonder she's so fat.
Honestly, it was all I could do to sit and eat the stuff after that. And of course it was plenty. I did feel like going to apologise to the woman for giving her a hard time but I was too ashamed to remind her of the sordid incident!!
Do you think I was feeling food deprived after 3 days of veg and salad?

lol - well done for saying something!! Some places really do take the micky on portion sizes. However, I dont mind if its a small portion on my plate as long as the price fits the meal. I was mortified when I went to BHS for something to eat. Well, actually a friend and I had been to Greggs First and bought a sandwich and wanted to sit in the restaurant with the kids. So we had gotten the kids a sausage roll and they wanted some chips. £1.60 a portion, which was ok I suppose, until I counted how many chips £1.60 buys you nowadays. We counted them, there were 15 chips. on this plate - i dont even think that a whole potato!! I thought it was ridiculous and since that I have refused to eat in BHS. Mind you, we were being a bit cheeky eating our sandwiches in there - but i wasnt about to pay £3.40 for a ham sandwich in there!

Hi all
It's a sign of age when you start arguing with people in shops you know. I always remember my mother doing that kind of thing and feeling mortified and now I do it too!!
Lana - What's happened with portions of chips? Alway used to be a cheap food, and now a child portion in Tesco has about the same amount as bhs by the sound of things. Probably one potatos worth of chips. And by the time you wait in line to pay they go cold. It's just not on and believe me I've had that conversation with server too!!
My daughter has always been fussy with food and I'm vegetarian so we have often had to eat in one place with someones sandwiches from home being munched from inside a bag!
