Do I need a sepearte consent form to administer ca

My parents have signed that they are happy for me to administer first aid, treatment etc in an emergency and have also said that it is fine (verbally) for me to admimnister calpol if and when needed needed - i know that i have to record the medication and get parents to sign when i've done it, but do I need a seperate consent form or will my accident and emergency form be enough?
