I have been waiting for over a month for my new reg starter pack and am starting childminding from the 1st Nov. I have a couple of parents that would like to use me. I however feel that untill they sign a contract with me I can't rely on them. I've tried local childminders to see if anyone has a contract I could buy off them or photo copy but everyone round here uses their own contracts. Is there anyone that could help me out, I am willing to buy a contract from you or if you could scan one and email it that would be great. Thank you

I use NCMA contracts - you can buy them from the website. If you are using their insurance then you have to use their contracts. Sorry can't be more of a help! I do ahve a contract that I could send via email if you pm me your addy, but it's obviously not ncma as theirs are self duplicating & you can't use photocopies etc as copyrighted! Tasha

I too was told this morning by my NCMA development officer that the toolkits take about 4 weeks to arrive. Do you have a development officer in your area? Mine offered to lend me some if I need them before my kit arrives.
Sorry I can't help anymore but I am in the same situation.

I did the same as Snowqueen.
I used one of my own until the NCMA ones turned up (still do when I forget to order them lol) and made the parents aware of the fact it was temporary until the NCMA ones turned up plus if you have a four week settling in period then it covers that and saves wasting an NCMA one. I am paid in advance so don't really need to use NCMA ones. I do not work if they don't pay me .

Thank you to everyone who replied. The funny thing is I rang MCMA yesterday and they told me they didn't have my details through from my council yet, and then this morning my pack arrived!!! I'm fully contracted up now, thank you
