Hi all
I was wondering how often you all review your contracts with parents.
I have put down 6-12 mths but a couple of my parents keep changing hours around.
I don't mind as mostly the hours have increased (so more money for me!!) but should I write out a new contract every time this happens or can I attach a sheet of paper with signatures to the original contract.
I have to do something as I am worried about charging for holidays etc if the new hours are not down in writing.
What do you think? Advice appreciated xx

Ive not had to do this yet, but my friend adds on the extra hours and gets the parent(s) to sign, personally if they changed again I would fill another one in xx

I've put on my contracts to be reviewed a year from start date or if for instance I got a new child now who was starting school before a year was up, then I would use that date as things would obviously change Mel x

I used to state 6 months but then never seemed to get round to it so now review every 12 mths ish. If there are any small changes then I add it to the contract complete with signatures..anything big and I'd start again. It's one thing I think I really need to sort out and get more organised and buisnesslike about.

I review the first contract after 3 months and after that its annually. Plus I do a new contract if hours change. I don't like amendments.
BTW I don't use NCMA contracts so it doesn't cost much to keep doing a new one, and it is quite frequently with some parents!

I review 6 months after they start and then annually.
I'd do a new contract whenever the hours change.
