Hi
I just wondered how you all present your portfolio's. Do you use ring binders, spiral bind them or do you have any other ways that I haven't yet though of?
I want my portfolio to look professional but I am hopeless so any ideas would be most welcome.

Hi I have a folder which has the clear plastic folders in, but the only problem is you cannot add any new plastic folders to it, but at the moment it has enough room. I normally give my parents a shorter version with just a few bits in and I put that in clear plastic folders and then put it in another folder if you get what I mean. Good luck Lorraine xx

I use one of the folders with clear plastic folders in too. I always make sure there are some spare at the back so it can be added to later if necessary.

Thats eaxctly what I do, present them in a folder with the clear pockets already in, look really well presented and keeps the pages clean and unmarked. There is also some space at the back for additions. You can get them at wilko's for less than a couple of pounds.

Mine's in a big file (one of the wide ones) with each piece of paper in a poly wallet. it's sectioned into the 5 every child matters groups
The policies and procedures and welcome pack are separate
the portfolio is for looking at only and it's a working document which i refer to all the time... parents know it's there and they can ask to see contents at any time
