Hi I just had a CRB form sent to me by ofsted to complete for my daughter who lives with us and is over 16, Its not very clear what i do with it once i have completed it. Its says do not sent to the CRB, do i wait till i have my pre-reg inspection and give it to the inspector.Or do i post it back off to ofsted strawbs x

I had to hand ours in at my pre-reg inspection because the inspector had to check i.d. and things and take the forms back for Ofsted to apply for the CRB to be done for them. I think the inspector had to sign the CRB forms but could be wrong.

i also had to wait to give all my crb's to the inspector at the pre reg meeting.

Keep it safe and let the inspector fill in the bits about confirming who she is... it's tricky for a 16 yr old - we used birth certificate, bank account (he'd just got one to pay his college money into) and passport Sarahx
