Hi,
I have the meeting on childminding in December what happens after that once you have decided you defintly want to do it. Also what sort of things do Ofsted look for.

Hi there, I am in Scotland and wouldnt want to give you advice that may differ to England, but after our 6 week course, we were given the app forms and a date after which we could send them in.

at the meeting they will give you your application form you fill that in send it all off. then you should get a visit from your inspector. All of this will be explained at your meeting though.

We werent given application forms at our meeting. The lady from the meeting contacted me a couple of weeks later to see if I was still interested. They then sent out a Development Officer who brought the Ofsted application forms with her and it went from there really. Im sure if they dont give you the forms at the meeting you can ring them before they contact you to get things started.

oh right i defiantely got my forms at the meeting coz she went through them with us then. All areas must do things differently
