I was advised on here yesterday that rather than having my own contract, to use the ncma ones.
So how can i ensure that parents agree to all my policies etc so that i am covered?

I have a sheet listing all the policies/procedures given to parents, they then sign it
"I confirm I have been given copies of all the above policies and procedures and have read and accept them"
signed.............
Some people get the parent to sign at the bottom of every policy or procedure but I think that could be a bit time consuming.
It's down to personal choice.

Most of my moms have open admitted to me that once they get home they " throw the policies and paper work in the draw and never look at them again " ( thanks to all our hard work !!!!! )
For that reason I always do the same as Pauline get them to sign one sheet listing everything and confirming that they have read it and understand and agree to it
They can not moan at a later date then if they say it is " still in a draw "
