hi was wondering if anyone could help i have the qualification to be a childminder i did it at college but dont know where to start or who to get in touch with can any body help i have been qualified nearly 4 years now but have always worked in day nurseries but now i have my own daughter id like to work from home

Have a read through that and see if it answers your questions, if not then ask away and we will all be here to help you. You have a head start in already having had training in childcare, you should sail through the courses! Let us know how you get on, we'd love to know.

hi i have made a phone call to someone at my local council office there are two meetings i have to attend in november that will get me started so here we go will let you know how i get on im sure i will be back here in the next few days n weeks with questions galore thank you for your help

That's great news. November isn't far away, just think in a few months time you could be a fully fledged childminder!! Keep us up to date on how it goes.
