Hi Michelle, these are from Barbara Skilton whom I have met on numerous courses, she is passionate about B23 and childminders being treated as professionals . She has come to visit us at my home and told us what a great job we are all doing . When we change over to EYFS she will still be involved (thank Goodness) Good to see examples filled in on these obs it all helps .
