I've spent some time adding Cultural events to the 'Events Calendar' which you can see at the bottom of the forum when you are logged in.
Each one (if you click on it) has more information and some of the events have links to relevant activities.
If this proves useful I will do it for the coming months, so let me know what you think, is it worth having a list of upcoming events?
Feel free to add your own if you come across any not listed.

Has this proved useful to anyone?
PLEASE be absolutely honest - I don't mind doing it for the coming months but if it's not really useful then I don't want to waste my time on.
Any thoughts?

I have a calender "somewhere" with all this information on it but I can never remember where I put it
So yes I for one have used the information it has saved me time
So I for one would like it kept
Let us hope some of the others reply
Come on everyone there is over 200 members now and Pauline has gone to a lot of trouble with this so it is the least we can all do to reply to her
Thanks Pauline

yes definately keep it - so long as its not causing you to much trouble to do Pauline.
Its good to have it so easily accesible. Always good to have reminders then we wont be short of ideas for activities too!!!
Im sure ofsted would be impressed if we displayed all these events somewhere at home too!! im going to make a calendar to display, which has all these sort of events.

It's not too much trouble, just a matter of typing in the info I just didn't want to be doing it if it was no use - glad you are finding it useful
