Marshmallow Crispy Cakes
Ingredients 100g rice crispies 50g desiccated coconut 50g butter 100g glacé cherries, cut into quarters 200g marshmallows 3 tblsp golden syrup
Put the marshmallows, butter and golden syrup into a heatproof bowl and melt over a pan of simmering water. Or microwave on high for 1 minute. Stir in the coconut, rice crispies and cherries. Spoon into paper cake cases. Leave to set for at least 30 minutes before eating
