Ingredients 70g/2¾ oz butter 2tbsp golden syrup 2 tbsp cocoa powder 150g/6oz rich tea biscuits 150g/6oz maltesers
Melt the butter and golden syrup together, add the cocoa powder and stir well. Roughly crush the rich tea biscuits and stir into the butter mixture. Crush half the maltesers and add to the mixture then add the remaining whole maltesers. Place the mixture into a piece of clear film and mould into a sausage shape. Wrap in the clear film and place in the fridge for at least 2 hours. Cut into 12 slices and serve. Alternative Use Marshmallows instead of Maltesers for a change.

Oh my goodness. I'm just reading through all the activity ideas and found all these fab recipes.
The cafe near us has this very thing. Lovely with a coffee.
I'm always wondering how to make it.
I'm going to try this - not forgetting my diet of course.
I'll wait till I'm working next week then the chn will eat most!
