Hello. I am desperatly looking for a birthing pool! I am very short of money at the moment, after buying everything for baby! I am due at christmas and I am desperate for a home water birth, just don't have enough money!
If anybody has one that I can have/buy/borrow please get in contact with me! I would be so greatfull! I can cover costs of postage and a disposable liner if needed too!
I know this is a long short, but very desperate!
Thanks! Jenny

Are there not places you can hire these from?
Good luck with finding one and with the birth
Is it your first?

If you look in the back of the baby magazines, in the small ads, there are companies who hire them out, the NCT does as well, you can sort it out online, it's around £50-60. HTH

I'm sorry I do not have one to sell as it is now used as the kids paddling pool!! Thats because that is what it is, a paddling pool!
I bought it from toymaster about 2 1/2 years ago & cost £25.00. All I needed extra was a hosepipe to fill with (as I was having baby at home).
The only prob is getting a paddling pool at this time of year, & making sure it is a deep one.
Good luck & enjoy it. Water births are fab!!

Just an update to say I have now bought one from ebay. Couldn't really afford it, but have done some extra work to earn the extra money.
Yes you can hire them, but it seems to be more expensive to hire one than to buy one! Mainly because the ones you hire are much better quality as they are made to last
