childminding is the new weightwatchers

since christmas i have lost 1 1\2 stone
i put this down to walking everywhere with a pushchair and eating with the after schoolies. when i eat at 4.30pm i dont eat anything else for the rest of the day but when i dont have the after school children i tend to snack.
i have put a new skirt on this morning and its too big.

wow - thats great!! i need to lose 2 stone. im in a 16/18 at the mo and want to be a 14 by the summer. when i start going out everywhere with the double buggy im hoping that combined with dieting it will come off!!

For those without very young children you could always take the double buggy to the shops, load it up and push your shopping home rather than use the car!!
