I was Angel Gabriel in my first school nativity. I thought I was the bees knees as my halo was gold and all the other angels had silver ones.
Another time we did the lion, the witch and the wardrobe and I was Lucy.
When I was a little older I belonged to a theatre group and had had numerous parts, the worst being a cannibal in Robinson Crusoe. I had to be covered head to toe in black stage make up every night. It was a nightmare to get off!!

I was Mary in the Brownie Nativity - I was soooo proud and had to say "Please Mr In Keeper is there any room in your Inn?" I was also very petrified. I was also a bottle of red sauce in a play at school (think it was Snow White??? ) Basically I had to stand very still dressed in a red polar neck jumper, red shorts and red tights next to my friend who was a bottle of brown sauce. When the pretend cupboard was opened and the narrator (teacher) said in the cupboard there was a bottle of red sauce I had to bow Love Diane xxx

The last one sounds funny Amanda Was you really confident then being in a Theatre group ? God I would have been rubbish at anything like that Angel xx That's the funny thing. I don't think I am very confident. I always say this to my husband and he points out some of the things I have done that completely contradict that. In my younger days I used to teach "Jazzercise" which is a from of aerobics and then about 5 years ago I was a slimming world consultant so both involved getting up in front of other people. Perhaps I am just a bit of an exhibitionist! haha Amanda xx

I remember being a piece of Holly out of the carol - "the holly and the ivy" had to dress all in green with a red something or other on my head. Think i was an angel in my first year at primary. An orphan in Annie - had to rub my tum and say a couple of words , can't remember what. Never had a main part though.

I was mary in the primary school nativity and as there was only 3 classes (small village school) the play was held in church, looking back it must have been lovely for the parents as it's an old church. Wish i could have seen myself really lol

i was an angel in my very first ever school play, i was tiny and we had to sing some sort of song
i did lots of plays in all the schools i was in, and was in the choir too,
now the tables have turned and we have our son in a drama school on a sat moring, his first ever play at drama school was a medley of a few different things, one as an orphan in annie and yes he was mad on it and played it constantly on dvd and another he was a t-bird in grease, and he is also in the school choir. busy little bee he is

I never was, I was too naughty to be asked ;D!!!!
Used to have to sit through them though. Think they are great now watching all the little ones dressed up and getting things wrong. When you were at school and had to watch, there was nothing more boring!!
