I meant an outstanding childminder at a course and she did so much paper work (she even said herself, if she handed in the paperwork they would probaly of just taken that!!) I got picked up on 'debris' in the garden It was farking December , a few leaves and sticks grrrrr

hiya i'm currently doing the nvq 4 childrens carelearning and development (in wales) this is probably similar. i find it interesting. jane

Well I'm about to try and persuade them that the leaves and sticks in my garden are for playing with!!! Will let you know how it goes down!! We do not even have support minders in our area. I have asked (would love to be one) as always it no doubt comes down to funding but I would be willing to do it for free.
