Do any of you have a pet policy / and permission for the children to feed the animals for example rabbits ?

If so could anyone share it with me

1. List of all animals you own on the premises or -
I do not own any pets at present but would advise you if we decide to obtain any.
2. Visting animals
details of any pets you look after while owners are on holiday, mother in laws dog that comes with her when she visits etc etc

Children are never left unattended with animals. (add any other details relevant to the pets you own, eg pet doesn't have access to playroom/baby area)

3. To be completed by Parent/Guardian:
I have no objections to animals visiting the premises YES/NO
I give permission for the Childminder to take my child on outings to places where animals may be present YES/NO
My child has no allergies or aversions to any animals YES/NO
My child is allergic to/has an aversion to the following:
